These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rurinfra.com and the products operated by RURINFRA Technologies Private Limited ("RURINFRA", "we", "us") — Patri.Live, OneCheck, and OPDesk (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2Definitions

• "Services" — the website and the products Patri.Live, OneCheck, and OPDesk.
• "User", "you" — any person who accesses or uses the Services.
• "Organisation" — a school, transport operator, fleet owner, clinic, or other entity that has engaged RURINFRA and through which a User may access a product.
• "Content" — data, text, images, and other materials made available through the Services.

3The services

RURINFRA builds and operates independent software for ground operations:

• Patri.Live — live visibility into a child's school-vehicle commute.
• OneCheck — hardware-free fleet operations (attendance, fuel, and dashboards).
• OPDesk — a white-label appointment-booking system for practices.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.

4Eligibility & accounts

You must be capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5Access via an organisation

Many Users access a product because an Organisation has engaged RURINFRA. In that case, your use may also be subject to that Organisation's policies, and the Organisation is responsible for the data and instructions it provides. RURINFRA acts on the Organisation's instructions in respect of such data (see the Privacy Policy).

6Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services unlawfully or for any unauthorised or fraudulent purpose;
• access data or accounts that are not yours, or attempt to breach security or access controls;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services;
• upload malicious code or infringing, unlawful, or harmful content; or
• misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an Organisation.

7Product-specific terms

Patri.Live

Location and status information is provided for convenience and situational awareness and depends on device, GPS, and network availability. It may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable and must not be relied upon as a guarantee of a child's safety or location. It does not replace direct supervision.

OneCheck

Attendance, verification, and analytics outputs (including AI-assisted readings of receipts, faces, or photos) are decision-support tools and may contain errors. The Organisation is solely responsible for any operational, employment, or payroll decisions and should independently verify outputs before acting on them.

OPDesk

OPDesk is a scheduling tool only. It does not provide medical advice, and no doctor–patient relationship is created with RURINFRA. Availability, confirmations, and clinical decisions rest with the doctor or practice.

8Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding data you or an Organisation provide), are owned by or licensed to RURINFRA and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted.

9Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, messaging/WhatsApp, mapping, telecom, and identity/Aadhaar verification). Your use of those is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10Fees & payment

We do not currently collect payments from Users through this website. Where a product is provided to an Organisation for a fee, the commercial terms (fees, invoicing, and cancellation) are set out in a separate agreement between RURINFRA and that Organisation. See our Refund Policy.

11Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RURINFRA and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RURINFRA harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms or applicable law.

14Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or where an Organisation's engagement ends. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
